The golden age of teddy bears lasted from 1903 until the beginning of World War II. Teddy bears were very popular, a cry of the size of Beanie Babies or Pokemon, and everyone was in which someone had a teddy bear, especially upper-class women and their children, and since it is relatively expensive toy, and were proud to carefully treated.
Bears could not yet reliable and cost can be established, and so were handmade crafts. German and AmericanTeddy Bear Company increased production to full capacity but lower price Germans' experience of mass, which meant that they copied the quality much higher, and go to the Americans Could manage one. German industry was soon dominated the industry worldwide teddy bear - but then, unfortunately, fell headlong into World War I
The war has left the American sector Teddy recover and grow to many times its original size, as America was notinvolved in the fight - but ironically, the Great Depression a few years later, almost destroyed the industry in America, which point mostly Teddy production in Germany. The Germans were even more innovative with their teddy bears this time, make him dance all kinds of tricks, including play and could do little melodies.
The reason why the Second World War is the end of the golden age is to have stopped producing more or less about Teddy, but alsoled to the development of technology, mass production of teddy bears could be used. When Teddy returned after the war, were no longer made by hand, but mass production were produced in automated factories. These bears were made from artificial materials, so machine washable, padded with plastic eyes and foam. Worse, the production moved across to the East, where factories were churning out at a fraction of the price. When Teddy was cheaper, it wasstill popular, but the quality of Teddy would never be quite the same.
